The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, and demobilization as necessary for completing all work associated with the installation and construction of concrete foundations for electrical equipment at the DISTRICT’S Olive Creek 345kV Substation located near Hallam, Nebraska.

Information to join the non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting can be found under the "Documents" tab.
A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on February 27, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., CST. The purpose of the teleconference will be to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract specifications. During the meeting, it is the Bidder's responsibility to ask any questions necessary to submit a bid that is complete and responsive. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate in the pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
A site visit for prospective bidders will be held February 29, 2024, at the Olive Creek Substation near Hallam, Nebraska between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. CST. If you plan to participate in the site visit, please notify Lynn Guilliatt and Jim Shafer by email at before 5:00 p.m. CST on February 27, 2022. You will receive an email confirming your participation in the site visit.
